At 116 Fitness we take a unique approach to personal training and for some of us, that means beginning with movement. We help identify what movement pattern hurt, which feel great, and we help you regain control of your body again. Personal trainers are for everyone, especially those who want to introduce more movement to your daily life. Jake will help you create a plan that works for you, based on your time and motivation, so you don't risk injury or setbacks on your wellness journey.
